Flavours lean bold and stateside, but the craft is unmistakably careful. The Big Oath is an ode to indulgence, stacking two beef patties with American cheese, bacon, braised onions and gherkins, lifted by coffee and bacon jam and finished with RGB molten cheese sauce. For spice lovers, Hell’s Chicken turns up the heat: a spicy glazed chicken thigh meets jalapeño and habanero, parsley mayo, gherkins, ranch and molten RGB cheese sauce for a fiery, creamy tangle.

It is not all burgers, either. RGB x Franktown is a hearty beef frankfurter loaded with salsa, green relish, pickled chilies and American mustard, tucked into a soft brioche bun with a sluice of RGB cheese sauce. Loaded fries come swaggering with slow-cooked brisket and barbecue sauce, or chicken tenders with buffalo heat and crisp bacon, while sweet tooths can call time with a hazelnut brownie and ice cream or a simple scoop.
