dinner

Enjoy exquisite meats and rustic fare at this award-winning restaurant in the heart of Bristol.

Specialising in locally-sourced artisan ingredients and award-winning steaks (they snapped up Best Steak in the Bristol Good Food Guide), The Ox pulls out all the stops to reinvent quintessential British cuisine.

Tucked inside a historic building (formerly a bank vault and wartime bunker), the wonderful mahogany bar, frosted chandeliers, and curved ceiling transport you to a world of fine dining and high quality fare. From exceptional meat and classic charcuterie, to fresh fish and superb vegetarian choices, there’s something for everyone to delight in at The Ox Bristol.

As well as a nostalgic collection of desserts (including homemade puddings and artisan cheese board), there’s a fantastic wine list to accompany your meal, just ask your friendly waiter for a recommendation. Treat yourself to a little bit of affordable luxury at The Ox Bristol, and taste the best of West Country produce, craft and culinary skill.
