In Seven Dials, Brighton, Thai Pad Thai channels Thailand’s rich culinary heritage with a modern twist.

Born from family recipes and a devotion to fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the kitchen keeps sustainability at its core, minimising waste while maximising flavour. It is a place where authentic techniques meet contemporary tastes, and where each plate aims to capture the colour and bustle of Thailand’s streets.

True to its spirit of togetherness, Thai Pad Thai invites lingering over shared flavours and stories, crafted with evident care. Crisp beginnings range from salt and pepper squid to a light vegetable spring roll, with chicken gyoza and salt and pepper chips adding a playful counterpoint.

The cooking moves with confidence between heat, citrus and coconut warmth: think tom yum’s hot-and-sour tingle, the silkier embrace of tom kha, and a gently aromatic beef coconut soup. Salads punch brightly: a beef salad (yum nure) alive with chilli and herbs, or a seafood salad bringing prawn, squid and mussels into zesty harmony.

Drop by for a modern taste of Thailand with West London ease, and let the spice do the talking. Your next adventure might be just a spoonful of tom yum away.
