A timeless hub for breakfast and lunch since 2007, Moksha brings honest cooking that feels familiar yet fresh.

What began as a humble coffee shop in Brighton, Moksha now hums as a good-led destination for breakfast, guided by an eye for food trends and a steadfast commitment to local, ethically sourced produce.

At the helm is Oliver de Trafford, trained as a chef and seasoned in hospitality, who left a high street coffee chain to realise a dream with the help of his family. That sense of craft and care informs the menu: from the signature Moksha breakfast with Sussex Cumberland sausage, free-range bacon, grilled mushrooms, and so much more, to huevos rancheros stacked with crisp tortilla chorizo, black beans, and sweet corn, topped with melted cheese.

Egg lovers are spoiled for choice, as they do eggs quite well here. Try a classic eggs benedict with South Down Farm bacon, poached eggs, and hollandaise on a homemade English muffin. There's also the Turkish eggs, where Greek garlic yoghurt, Kalamata olives, and sun-blushed tomatoes meet perfectly poached eggs.
