Tucked within North Laine, Bar 50ml distils the spirit of Italian aperitivo culture into a Brighton address.

With a warm, burnt-orange glow and an easy, unhurried hum, it nods to Emilia Romagna roots while keeping a decidedly Mediterranean soul. Guests are invited to slow the pace, sip, and savour the pre-dinner ritual done the Italian way.

Intimate by design, it suits lingering catch-ups, low-key celebrations, and stolen moments for two. Settle in and savour a beautifully curated spread of fine meats and cheeses, accompanied by delightful extras like fresh, fluffy focaccia and marinated olives.

The team set the tone for unhurried hospitality, guiding guests towards Mediterranean flavours that feel both transporting and comfortably at home in the heart of Brighton.

Take your seat and let aperitivo begin. Bar 50ml is ready when you are: a little taste of Italy, served by the measure.
