The Geese

Tucked in Hanover, The Geese builds its reputation on locally sourced sausages that change with the seasons, and some proper mash.

Known citywide as the bangers and mash pub, they wear their laurels lightly: voted Best Roast 2023 and 2018 and Best Local 2022 at the Restaurants Brighton Bravo awards, it remains resolutely down-to-earth and keenly hospitable.
