The kitchen leans into small plates made for sharing, with flavours that roam from Mediterranean brightness to Middle Eastern spice and a touch of Latin lift. Think oysters sharpened with jalapeño, lime and cucumber granita; za'atar roasted carrots on spiced hummus; tempura shiitake with parsley mayo; and barbecue‑seared meats where chimichurri and honey and chipotle marinades add a flicker of heat.
