The Flint House

At street level, counter dining hums with small plates and beautiful wines by the glass; above, a glamorous first-floor restaurant and cocktail bar lead to a rooftop terrace tuned to the city’s buzz.

The kitchen favours clean lines and bold flavour: rosemary focaccia perfumed with smoked garlic butter, briny oysters with shallot vinegar, and lively sweetcorn fritters with jalapeño mayo.

From the grill, BBQ rump steak arrives with triple peppercorn butter, while the coast shines in red mullet with velouté and salmon roe. Vegetables bring equal charm, honey roasted butternut squash with whipped feta, before a finale of tiramisu or poached nectarine with vanilla genoise.
