Matador is taking Hove's burger game up a notch. Just a short walk from the beach, this vibrant spot serves up fresh, flavourful burgers that are sure to impress. The downstairs space is a feast for the eyes, featuring bold street art, murals, and eclectic seating, while the upstairs offers a relaxed, open setting where diners can watch the chefs in action.

Matador’s menu is all about bold flavours and top-quality ingredients, like the fully loaded Matador or the classic bacon cheeseburger. Both feature juicy beef patties, vibrant homemade sauces, and all the hallmarks of a great burger.

For something different, chicken lovers can dive into the crispy buffalo chicken sandwich, stacked with house ranch, onion rings, and coleslaw. Vegetarians aren’t left out either, with a delicious grilled portobello mushroom burger loaded with halloumi, caramelised onions, rocket, and rosemary aioli.

Whether you're in the mood for a casual bite with friends or craving a killer burger after a dip in the sea, Matador is the place to be. Get in there and start exploring!
