Set your taste buds a-tantalising at Indian Summer, an award-winning, vibrant curry house in the heart of Brighton City Centre. Known for their exceptional culinary journey, you'll be able to find yourself immersed in a glorious atmosphere that showcases the rich flavours and spices of India. Who's ready?

From the moment you enter this atmospheric restaurant, expect to be transported to the subcontinent within seconds. Admire the lively murals painted on the walls as you're left to choose from their all-encompassing menu, which provides traditional Indian recipes that are all expertly cooked and mouth-watering.

To start, you can try some vibrant Indian street food-style 'small plates', including warming beetroot and courgette fritters or delicious Punjabi shami kebabs. But wait—don't forget to order the poppadoms and pickles! A taste of authenticity, the chutneys and pickles are utterly divine!

Now to the mains, all the classics are on offer, from biryanis to your favourite masalas. What about 'The Great Grand Thali', labelled as a "feast fit for a king"? You can expect a whole quarter chicken tikka, a quarter lamb tikka, and a quarter of Bombay aloo, to name just a few components!

Of course, if you can squeeze it in, their desserts are tasty and simply delightful. From cinnamon dusted gulab jamuns to the tortuously tough crème brûlée, it's not to be missed.

Lastly, we shouldn't forget their cocktail selection, each listed as traditional and expertly matched. The Indian Summer Sunset definitely has to be up there!

As well as providing swoon-worthy food, the service here is second to none. Staff are professional and knowledgeable and will ensure you’re well looked after.
