Brisa Tapas & Bar channels the warmth of Spain with the polish of London-trained hospitality.

Founded by three friends who share more than 15 years’ experience apiece, it balances authenticity and ease: a lively room, attentive service, and a pulse that feels seaside and sociable.

The menu reads like a gentle tour of regional flavours. Bar snacks of almendras and aceitunas set the tone before artisan cheeses such as rosemary manchego and la peral, and ribbons of jamón ibérico de bellota or jamón de teruel.

Plates arrive to share and linger over: pan con tomate on good sourdough, pimientos de Padrón with their occasional flicker of heat, croquetas de jamón that give way to a creamy centre, and pluma ibérica served with the succulence that cut is loved for. From the sea, puntillitas bring a crisp bite while gambas al ajillo whisper garlic and chilli.
