Nusara Poole brings a modern chapter of Thai dining to the South Coast, blending time-honoured recipes with a fresh, family spirit.

Named for Nusara, or “Sony,” whose partnership with Head Chef Thamm shapes the kitchen’s heartbeat, it's a champion of accessible luxury - fine dining without the frills, and all the warmth of a neighbourhood favourite. Proud holders of the Thai Select Signature award, the team pairs elegance with genuine hospitality.

Flavours stride confidently from grill to wok. The succulent gai yang chicken and thamm's slow-cooked ribs arrive packed with authentic depth, while the rump steak tai dum brings a bold cracked black pepper punch.

Sharing starts strong with Thai tapas - perhaps Moo Ping and Chicken Satay alongside crisp spring rolls, an easy prelude to a lime-charged rump steak salad or a soothing Tom Ka coconut broth. Fragrant jasmine or coconut tice quietly completes the picture, letting the vibrant sauces do the talking.

Wok dishes balance brightness and complexity - pad see ew delivers comfort in silky folds, and thamanoon pad kee mao turns up the tempo with chopped beef and fiery spice. Simmering nearby, curries are rich and aromatic, from mellow, nutty Panang curry to a classic green curry lifted by coconut milk, lime leaf, and Thai basil.

Refined yet playful, Nusara Poole invites diners to linger, celebrate, or simply savour.
