El Murrino

In the kitchen, slow-rising dough is prepared daily, hand-stretched to order, and fired at around 450°C to create a crisp, blistered base and an airy crumb. Many ingredients arrive directly from Italy, including D.O.P. staples, for clear, true flavours.

That ethos runs through the menu. Start with golden calamari fritti to nibble, followed by a classic Margherita with basil-scented simplicity, a fiery arrabbiata, a silky carbonara, or a comforting risotto, from seafood to garden-fresh vegetables.
