For a refreshing start, the spiced pea and broad bean hummus brings a vibrant lift, served with warm flatbread, while the whole buffalo burrata with tomato and basil tartare, served with a sourdough tough is simply pleasant.

A true taste of the coast, the south coast mussels marinière is a standout, mussels cooked in white wine and cream, served with house sourdough for soaking up every last drop. Their roast harissa aubergine is another Rockwater signature, served with spiced chickpeas and a vibrant red pepper tagine.
