dinner

Perched on the Branksome Chine Beach shoreline, Rockwater is all about easy coastal living, sweeping sea views, salt air and food designed to be savoured from sun up to sun down.

Their spring menu, curated by Chef Director James Golding, celebrates the shift in season, balancing comforting dishes with lighter, brighter flavours.

For a refreshing start, the spiced pea and broad bean hummus brings a vibrant lift, served with warm flatbread, while the whole buffalo burrata with tomato and basil tartare, served with a sourdough tough is simply pleasant.

A true taste of the coast, the south coast mussels marinière is a standout, mussels cooked in white wine and cream, served with house sourdough for soaking up every last drop. Their roast harissa aubergine is another Rockwater signature, served with spiced chickpeas and a vibrant red pepper tagine.

Whether it’s a post-swim bite or a sunset supper with friends, Rockwater is your place by the sea, where great food and uninterrupted views come together effortlessly.
