In the heart of lively Ashley Cross, Bournemouth/Poole nr Sandbanks , Drgnfly brings a shimmering slice of pan-Asian polish to the neighbourhood.

As the flagship address, it marries contemporary Asian fusion with world-class mixology in an elegant, design-led setting where luxury, inspiration and beautiful detail converge. The result is an immersive dining experience that feels both celebratory and considered, just a stone’s throw from Poole Harbour and the Sandbanks peninsula.

The kitchen draws on Japanese technique and broader Asian influences to craft clean, layered flavours. Think padron peppers marinated in Japanese ginger dressing, edamame warmed with viking salt, and crispy aubergine in a delicious honey vinagerette.

Skewers of yakitori bring gentle heat, while larger plates lean into comfort and bold flavour, from crispy kakiage fritters served with guacamole, pico de gallo, spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce to buta katsu curry, a panko-crumbed pork cutlet. The sushi selection keeps things fresh and vibrant with yasai maki of mango, avocado, cucumber and seasonal vegetables, alongside the yasai dragon roll topped with avocado, sesame and teriyaki, and the indulgent chicken katsu roll with panko-crusted chicken, avocado, tonkatsu sauce, yum yum sauce and tempura crunch.

Whether gathering for an occasion or slipping in for an indulgent supper, guests find a magical atmosphere that invites them to linger. Reserve a table and let your evening at Drgnfly take flight.
