What A Pizza! has come a long way since its humble beginnings as a food truck in May 2018. Today it is a welcoming neighbourhood pizzeria built on homemade dough, quality ingredients and genuinely friendly service.

The menu celebrates simple Italian comforts done well. Starters include rosemary focaccia topped with tomatoes or olives and generous meat platters layered with bresaola, prosciutto crudo and salami. Fresh, thoughtfully prepared salads round things out, from a goat’s cheese salad with French vinaigrette to an avocado salad finished with almonds and basil pesto.

Pizzas take centre stage, from a classic margherita pizza to a colourful veggie pizza packed with seasonal produce. Vegan diners are well catered for too, with options such as a vegan margherita and more besides. For something sweet, desserts like tiramisu or a chocolate calzone bring the meal to a satisfying close.

Friendly, unfussy and full of flavour, What A Pizza! delivers everyday dining done right in Shirley. It is the kind of place that turns first visits into regular rituals, all served with a smile and a sense of pride in every slice.
