Set in a beautifully restored historical building in Long Eaton, Limas offers a dining experience that blends charm with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant’s unique ambience makes it the perfect spot for relaxed meals, special occasions, or a memorable evening out.

At the heart of Limas is head chef Ben Evans-Dodd, who has crafted a menu brimming with fresh, gourmet flavours at prices designed to be accessible. Mediterranean influences are reimagined with flair, from BBQ octopus paired with chickpea caponata to Korean fried monkfish served with Thai spiced honey, pickled ginger and herb yoghurt.

The menu also celebrates rich, hearty dishes from land and garden. Diners can savour satay chicken with chicken skin crumble, black garlic and lime, or opt for a plant-led plate with maple-glazed butternut squash, which can also be prepared as a vegan option.

Whether gathering with friends, marking a milestone, or simply indulging in great food, Limas promises a dining experience that delights at every turn.
