Ouvra Indian Kitchen brings the soul of Indian home cooking to Sale, marrying time-honoured family recipes with an insistence on freshness.

In this kitchen, quality produce leads the way, with dishes crafted with care and a clear respect for tradition. The menu roams widely: from Mumbai street-food staples like samosa and vada pav to tandoor-fired favourites such as chicken tikka and tandoori malai broccoli. Expect bright chutneys, smoky edges and the satisfying play of heat and tang.

For heartier appetites, butter chicken and chicken tikka lababdar deliver comfort in spiced velvet, while lamb kadhai and laal maans bring punchier depth. Coastal cravings are met by Goan fish curry, and the kitchen’s signature Ouvra special desi chicken handi nods to recipes passed down through generations. Steamed rice and saffron pilla rice are on hand, as are gunpowder masala chips for a cheeky flourish.

Whether you are gathering for a leisurely spread or dropping in for a quick bite, Ouvra keeps the focus on flavour and warmth. Book a table, follow the aroma, and let your evening curry on.
