When faced with the decision about whether to be a brunch club or a burger joint, Fress asked 'Why can't we be both?' And that's how this winning restaurant came into being.
Living the funky life in the Northern Quarter, Fress has been going strong since 2017 and shows no signs of slowing down. And they're keeping the antics going all day, serving up splendid breakfasts and brunches before midday and then gorgeous burgers in the evening. Like something off of a Pinterest mood board, Fress is every bit a millennial hub with cutesy neon life mottos undercutting the formality of the powder-pink bistro setup.
So, if you're joining them at midday, you'll be glad to hear that they don't take brunch lightly. In fact, it might be one of the longest brunch menus you've ever seen and features all the classics from the full English and its vegan and vegetarian counterparts to steak and eggs, chicken waffles, brekkie tacos and stacks upon stacks of American pancakes dripping with maple syrup. And you thought brunch was limited to toast, eggs and sausages! A brave new world indeed.
Later you have a range of burgers to choose from that runs into the double digits; that's right, there are ten to choose from which makes things very tricky indeed. With the likes of halal waffle burgers, buttermilk chicken, truffle patties and an immense 4-patty stack on the menu, you'll just have to book another dinner date so you can try the rest of them! It's called living your Fress life...
