The Drop Bar Restaurant is a well-established Caribbean restaurant in the heart of Chorlton, proudly serving the community since 2014. Passionate about bold herbs and spices, the team is dedicated to delivering vibrant Caribbean flavours in every dish along with fresh made cocktails!

Open seven days a week until late, The Drop Café Bar offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The space is delightfully informal in every way except when it comes to the presentation of its incredible Caribbean cuisine. Guests can dine inside the cosy, wood-clad interior with walls bursting with bright pastel colours, or enjoy the equally cool covered terrace on the street.

Whichever setting they choose, customers can expect some of the best jerk dishes around. A firm favourite is the famous Hench Box – a fully loaded and stacked feast featuring any two mains served with rice and peas, plantain, slaw, and a dumpling. It’s the restaurant’s best-seller, with more than 600 sold every week.

Proudly voted in the Top 10% of restaurants worldwide in the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, The Drop Bar Restaurant continues to bring the very best of contemporary Caribbean flavours to Manchester.
