Victors brings a sense of everyday luxury to Alderley Edge, inviting guests to slip beneath its iconic canopy of wisteria and exhale.

The mood is beautiful and vibrant, upscale yet delightfully informal, with show-stopping cocktails setting the tempo for leisurely lunches and relaxed evenings.

The kitchen looks to modern Asian inspiration for its rhythm, favouring bright, clean flavours and crisp textures. Nibbles might begin simply, with crispy panko squid rings with a zesty lime mayo and dusted with nori salt, or fried halloumi with Greek yogurt and pomegranate molasses.

For something fresh and earthy, avocado hummus and crudités arrive with toasted wholemeal pitta, carrot, cucumber and celery sticks, a platter made for sharing.

Comfort and indulgence sit happily side by side. The cheeky 'lil beef burger, complete with cheese, burger sauce and fries, nods to classic cravings, while Victors fritto misto layers tempura salmon, squid and shrimp with fries and tomato mayonnaise.

To finish, choose between a chocolate and hazelnut cookie with vanilla ice cream or a bright Victors fruit platter of apple, pineapple, orange, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

Whether celebrating or keeping it intimate, Victors offers an elegant escape. Book a table, raise a glass, and let the wisteria do the talking.
