Fiorenza Restaurant and Cocktail Bar brings old‑world warmth and modern Italian flair to Southwark, South London. Seasonal cooking sets the tone in a cosy, unhurried room where conversation hums and the cocktail bar invites lingering. Intimate by design, with the option for private dining, it is a neighbourhood retreat equally suited to impromptu aperitivos and celebratory gatherings.

The journey begins in classic Italian style: olive nocellara del belice bright with wild oregano and lemon zest, and focaccia al rosmarino e pomodoro torn and dipped into Ligurian olive oil and aged Modena balsamic. Antipasti lean into generosity and texture, from burrata pugliese with baby heritage tomatoes and basil oil to a tagliere di salumi that nods to time‑honoured craft.

Primi bring depth and comfort. Spaghettoni all'astice folds half a lobster through garlic butter, cherry tomato and fresh basil, while rigatoni alla carbonara balances guanciale, pecorino and black pepper to a silken effect. Slow braise is celebrated in pappardelle al ragù di manzo, and the secondi roam sea and land: orata all'acqua pazza, spigola in padella with braised fennel and salsa verde, ossobuco alla milanese with saffron risotto, and costolette d'agnello scented with rosemary.

At the bar, signatures like Mars' Margarita and the Proserpina Sour set a bright, convivial tempo. Slip in for an aperitivo or settle in for the long haul; Southwark’s newest slice of la dolce vita is ready when you are—pull up a chair and let the evening linger.
