Its name carries a story of its own, gifted by Head Chef Mirko of sister restaurant Lievito Madre, who affectionately calls his closest friends and colleagues “Tirak”. Crisp okra fries and silky black pepper tofu set an inviting tone, while chicken khao soi arrives layered with spice and comfort. Beef rib rendang leans into depth and slow-cooked richness, accompanied by coconut and lemongrass steamed rice and flaky paratha for a final sweep through the sauce.
