In Borough, TAS captures the warmth and generosity of Anatolian cooking with a menu built for sharing, unwinding, and discovering the rich flavours of Turkey. Fresh ingredients, time-honoured recipes, and vibrant spices come together in dishes that are as comforting as they are full of character.

The meal begins with colourful meze. Silky houmous, crisp falafel, and smoky baba ganoush invite everyone to dip in, setting the stage for the bold tastes still to come.

From the grill, chicken shish arrives lightly charred and wonderfully juicy, alongside the signature Tas Iskender, which layers tender grilled meats over crispy oven-roasted bread, finished with rich tomato sauce and cool yoghurt.

Slow-cooked classics, including the Anatolian lamb stew and a wholesome chicken casserole with mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes, bring deep, satisfying tastes that have stood the test of time. Fresh shepherd’s salad, avocado green salad, fluffy rice, and couscous complete the spread, balancing every hearty dish with bright, fresh notes.

Beyond the food, there's a welcoming spirit to dining at TAS Borough. Plates are made to be passed around the table, conversations linger long after the last bite, and every meal is a celebration of Turkish hospitality.

Whether you’re introducing friends to Anatolian cuisine or returning for a favourite dish, this is the sort of place that leaves you planning your next visit before you’ve even finished the first.
