Sugar and Spice Lounge has been a family favourite in North West London since 2007, set on Queensbury Station Parade in Edgware, a few steps from the Underground. This well‑established, family‑run spot brings together the bold, bustling spirit of Indo‑Chinese cooking with the comforting traditions of North Indian and South Indian kitchens. Fresh ingredients and time‑honoured spices lead the way, with flavours that are bright, aromatic and deeply satisfying.

The menu spans the region with ease: expect the sizzle of wok‑tossed specialities, the richness of slow‑simmered curries, and the coastal warmth of coconut, chilli and curry leaves. Portions are generous, seasoning is gutsy yet balanced, and the team is known for attentive, welcoming service that keeps regulars returning and visitors quickly feeling like locals.

The mood is lively and inclusive, whether gathering the family for a relaxed meal, toasting a celebration, or catching the big match on the big screens. Private dining is available for groups of up to 30, and the kitchen looks after both dine‑in guests and those opting for delivery, making it a reliable go‑to whatever the occasion.

Set your compass for Queensbury and let Sugar and Spice do the rest, book a table, bring an appetite, and add a little fire to your evening.
