MEATliquor Shoreditch is a temple of burgers, good times, and unapologetic chaos.

With outdoor tables and cosy booths, it's the perfect spot to soak up the sun, smash a burger, and down a pint, ideal for forgetting your ex (or at least pretending to).

Expect all the classics: oozy, cheesy deep-fried mac ’n’ cheese, punchy deep-fried pickles, and the infamous hot mess: a glorious pile of hash browns, buffalo sauce, blue cheese, jalapeños, and pickles.

And of course, the meat. It’s MEATliquor, after all. The Dead Hippie is a must: mustard-fried double beef patty, signature Dead Hippie sauce, American cheese, mayo, onions and lettuce. Craving chicken? The tonkatsu BBQ wings, monkey fingers (fried chicken breast in Buffalo Sauce) and fried chicken burgers deliver. Cluck yeah. Extra napkins advised.

Don’t let the name fool you, vegans and vegetarians are more than welcome. Tuck into a plant-based hotdog loaded with black bean chilli and vegan cheese, or try the roasted potato and onion patty burger topped with lime pickle soy yoghurt and a crispy poppadom.
