LIMIN Southbank

Set on London’s South Bank in Gabriel’s Wharf, LIMIN has been transformed from a Caribbean beach bar into a magical alpine retreat, complete with a private ski lodge, fir trees and twinkling fairy lights.

Chef owner Sham Mahabir brings his Trinidadian roots to the winter menu, combining hearty mountain dishes with Caribbean spice. Highlights include Scotch Bonnet and Christmas Spice Glazed Ham, a Croque Monsieur layered with Trini ham, melted cheese and truffle oil, alongside signature Caribbean plates such as the famous Doubles.

The bar menu has also been given a seasonal twist. Alongside LIMIN’s legendary rum punch, guests can enjoy cocktails like the Winter Berry Mojito, Val-d’Isère Passion Fizz and Morzine Mojito, or sip Sham’s spiced take on mulled wine.
