In the chic heart of Mayfair, Tosi Gorgonzola sets a polished scene where Italian tradition meets contemporary style.

Housed in a thoughtfully renovated former garage, its sleek lines and warm textures create an ambience of refined ease—the kind that invites lingering over good conversation, fine cheese, and well-chosen wine.

The kitchen celebrates Italy’s great cheese-making heritage with an elegant touch. A bowl of olives di Cerignola sets the tone, while Cantabrian anchovies with whipped butter deliver a silky, saline lift. Chianina beef carpaccio comes bright with lemon, rocket, and goat robiolina - all shimmer and restraint.

For theatre at the table, L’Irreale ("too good to be true") layers Chianina beef carpaccio with wild boar salame, salame rosa, pecorino, gorgonzola piccante DOP, truffle toma, and fresh Apulian burrata in a generous ode to texture and terroir.

A luxurious escape in Central London, it is as suited to a languid date as it is to an indulgent catch-up. Secure a seat, raise a glass, and let the cheese do the talking.
