LAVO brings a breath of coastal Italy to Marylebone, set within The BoTree. Polished yet playful, it moves from sunlit ease on the terrace to a smart, sociable pulse after dark, capturing London’s appetite for la dolce vita with an unmistakably refined edge.

The kitchen leans into bright, maritime flavours and elegant comfort. A signature Wagyu meatball crowned with whipped ricotta sets the tone, followed by fresh, handmade pastas such as Lobster linguini. Seafood is a star turn, from oysters on the half shell and spaghetti alle vongole to whole seabream alla marinara, while pizzas travel from classic margherita to a fiery Calabrese. For the finale, that towering 20-layer chocolate cake is pure theatre.

Designed by Concrete, the room glows in natural tones with deep blue crescent-shaped banquettes and a striking olive tree at its centre. A sleek bar and sun-soaked terrace invite lingering over signature cocktails, from the Martini al Pomodoro to Grey Goose martinis and spritzes poured tableside from a roaming trolley. Live DJs on Fridays lift the mood, while stylish set lunches and a lavish Sunday roast nod to British tradition through an Italian lens.
