On historic Fleet Street, Punch Tavern wears its Victorian heritage with effortless style. A revered landmark since the 1840s, this iconic venue features wood-panelled rooms and period details that set the scene for a bustling Central London rendezvous.

Throughout the day, it draws city wanderers and local professionals alike, providing a vibrant atmosphere where an exceptional selection of seasonal refreshments and gracious hospitality perfectly complement a standout midday meal.

The kitchen keeps to hearty pub roots while polishing the edges. Bar-side nibbles lead into small plates like Padrón peppers scattered with Maldon sea salt or halloumi fries brightened by Louisiana hot sauce and roasted garlic aioli.

Lunch options are comforting and familiar - from a fish finger sandwich to a chicken and bacon club sandwich, both served with skin-on fries - while mains stay faithful to British staples. Guests can enjoy cider-battered fish served with triple-cooked chips and mushy peas, or a flat iron steak with peppercorn sauce.

To finish, sweet endings lean nostalgic, from sticky toffee pudding sluiced with warm butterscotch to simple scoops of sorbet and ice cream.
