Fifth Element Cleveland St brings a classic Italian heartbeat to Fitzrovia, championing the comforting dishes that have stood the test of time. It’s a kitchen that leans into tradition with fresh pasta and stone-baked pizza, letting simple, well-matched ingredients do the talking and the flavours sing.

Find bruschetta piled with tomatoes and garlic, or melanzane alla parmigiana layered and baked to tenderness. From the pasta station come stalwarts such as Bolognese al ragu and an original carbonara with pancetta, rich yet deftly balanced.

Pizzas arrive from the stone in familiar, much-loved forms: marinara tradizionale and Margherita, alongside creamy pizze bianche, from a four-cheese indulgence to the intriguing fiorelli with floral ingredients and cheese.

Heartier appetites find comfort in pollo Milanese and spaghetti or a bubbling lasagne al forno, with classic sides like garlic bread and steamed vegetables rounding out the table. The mood is all about honest Italian cooking and the easy pleasure of sharing plates, savouring mouthfuls, and taking one’s time.

For those seeking the reassurance of the classics done right, it’s a place to settle in and let appetite lead the way. Just bring good company and discover your own Fifth Element: pure enjoyment!
