In true London style, Agrodolce London is keeping things low-key and all about the food. With its Scandi-style minimalist décor, this contemporary Italian restaurant still manages to pack plenty of personality which creates an ambience both day and night.

Its kindred spirit, Agrodolce Roma, holds firm in its authenticity just steps away from the magical Trevi Fountain. So our expectations for Agrodolce London aren't just folding napkins to resemble the bloom of a lotus but tangibly high-quality Italian cuisine at affordable prices. Londoners, you're in for more than a trattoria experience.

Seated on rich brown leather banquettes, Agrodolce's patrons nibble on salty anchovies before sampling homemade pasta with seafood in tomato sauce or roman pecorino with guanciale, before greedy fingers reach for mozzarella di bufala con prosciutto di parma. Delightfully bookended with tiramisú or cheesecake alla fragole.

Antonio Russo and Maria Soldatova, and their expert team have excelled in adopting the vibrant food scene of London; hence why we believe the fusion of London's charismatic dining neighbourhood with solid, gusty Italian Roman-style cuisine will only attract revered attention. There's not much honestly left to bookmark about the charming Italian venue except this: buon appetito.
