Franco Manca in Covent Garden celebrates sourdough pizza at the heart of Central London. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, where Italian simplicity meets London energy, inviting guests to enjoy a full, unhurried meal.

Sharing plates set the tone, from grilled artichokes, butternut squash and Kalamata olives to charcuterie and warm pizza or garlic bread, perfect with a swipe of basil pesto or a hint of Scotch bonnet chilli. Pizzas remain beautifully simple, with marinara and margherita letting the fresh, quality ingredients shine.

Fresh salads, from artichoke and butternut squash with grains to chicken with greens, bring balance, while desserts such as gelato, sorbetto or chocolate hazelnut cake offer a sweet finish, rounded off with espresso or limoncello.
With a table booked, it is a place to relax, savour each bite, and let the sourdough take centre stage.
