El Gato Negro brings Chef Patron and Creative Director Simon Shaw’s acclaimed tapas to Liverpool city centre, a confident evolution of the much-loved original. Opened in 2019, the restaurant champions modern and traditional Spanish flavours, shaped by the seasons and grounded in exceptional Spanish and locally sourced ingredients.
