This 12-seat chef’s table offers a personal dining experience, with chef Craig overseeing every detail to ensure your every need is met (talk about a host with the most!). Fallachan Kitchen isn’t just an extension of Craig’s home; it’s a showcase of the very best Scotland has to offer.
The menus, which change every eight to ten weeks, highlight exquisite seasonal dishes and the finest hyper-local produce. It’s a culinary journey across Scotland, guided by one of the industry’s most talented chefs.
Snacks include Casablanca potato with sea lettuce, green plum and ciauscolo, as well as sun-dried golden tomato broth with Mull cheddar, rowan berry and malt, all served in the most elegant vessels.
Inspired by Scottish classics with a modern twist, the East Neuk lobster is paired with raw cream, kohlrabi, quince, and delicate caviar. For a tender bite of fish, the bluefin tuna belly with St. Monans cucumber, perilla leaves and Gaelic mustard (a super-spicy root grown only in Scotland) is sure to win your heart.
The short menu is served Wednesday at 7 pm and Friday–Saturday at 12:30 pm, while the long menu is served Thursday at 7 pm.
