In Edinburgh’s New Town, Wu Asia Pacific brings the art of Asia Pacific barbecue and grill to a luxurious stage.

Meticulously sourced ingredients meet open flames, coaxing out bold, smoky flavours that nod to tradition while embracing a modern polish. It is an elegant synthesis: technique and fire working in tandem to create food with presence, poise and a lingering whisper of the Pacific Rim.

Centred on the grill, the menu lets craftsmanship lead the conversation, with prime cuts taking the spotlight. Their steaks originate from Blackgate Beef, known for their premium selections aged for 28 days.

Choose from ribeye, fillet or tomahawk cuts kissed with smoke and a supple finish. All steaks are served with their signature sauce, fresh salad, bread and crisp, thick-cut fries fried in beef drippings.

As evening settles, curated live performances thread culture, rhythm and sophistication through the room, heightening the sense of occasion. From first sip to final ember, this is dining designed to captivate the senses and linger in the memory.

Book a table, lean into the glow, and let the grill do the talking - at Wu Asia Pacific, temptation is served hot off the flame.
