Founded in China in 2015, the brand has grown across the country and abroad, and this Haymarket outpost stays true to the spirit - hot and spicy in a bowl, tuned to individual taste.
Take a seat, choose a base, turn the dial on the heat, and let the steam rise. The draw is a choose-your-heat bowl built on either an ox bone soup base or a classic tomato soup base, each available from mellow to mouth-tingling.
