NAM is a Southern Vietnamese restaurant in Edinburgh, inspired by the food owner and chef Jodie Xuân grew up eating in Saigon.

Our food is rooted in the flavours of southern Vietnam: comforting bowls of phở, fresh herbs, bright nước chấm, rice dishes, bánh mì and the kind of food made for sharing around a table.

Some dishes stay close to the food we grew up with, while others have our own NAM twist. What matters most to us is simple: big flavour, generous portions and food that feels warm, familiar and satisfying.
