The Lock Up

The kitchen team are committed to sourcing ingredients responsibly and locally wherever possible, offering a menu that caters to a range of dietary needs. Dishes might include cod and chive croquettes with fennel cream and trout roe, courgette and sweet pea pakora with kimchi and fired pepper salsa, or beetroot and dill arancini with whipped feta and toasted seed gremolata. Guests will also find options such as seared duck breast with seaweed pomme Anna, soy pork Bon Bon, heritage carrot and ponzu jus, seared Cornish cod with squid ink and crayfish arancino, and a roasted butternut squash dish with celeriac wellington, hash browns and caramelised cauliflower purée.
