We had a reservation for two at Sunday lunchtime, and we proceeded to order 3 small plates each + a bread and hummus starter.

The good:
- Both the ham and cheese croquettes as well as the crab croquettes were great, well-seasoned and flavourful;
- The brie and pear salad was fresh and vibrant.

The bad:
- Although it was fresh, the hummus lacked seasoning - it didn't have any salt and thus was lacking in flavour.

The terrible:
- The lamb skewers... oh boy, where to start with those. We decided to order two, as we liked the sound of them and wanted one small plate for each. My partner's dish was overcooked to the point that the meat was chewy and had a horrible texture, while mine was underdone to the extent that entire chunks of the skewers were raw asides from the surface of the meat (my partner later said that, after leaving the plate at the table, the server told the chef "Those were underdone" and the chef responded with indifference). Furthermore, the seasoning mixture used for them is absolutely horrible - the meat manages to have no flavour and at the same time be so spicy it hurts!
- The calamari was one of the worst dishes I've ever eaten: it had no flavour at all, the aioli was bad and the tempura was so greasy that, as a combination of that and the undercooked lamb, I spent a good 10 minutes vomiting upon arriving home half an hour later.

It was my friends birthday and I took him here as a surprise. The staff were incredible! I’ve never had service like this. I took my cake in the day before and they brought it out to our table and he had no idea the whole time. The food was absolutely excellent, and the portions were very generous. The setting is beautiful, we had a candle lit dinner sat by the window looking out to the water. I will definitely be returning here. We had the most amazing time and I can’t thank the staff enough for making his birthday so special.

The staff were all friendly and attentive with a relaxed style. The food was good, but not hugely memorable, I felt the pizza sauce tasted quite heavily of tomato purée which could be improved upon. The calamari and Padron peppers were well done, and our vegan guest was very pleased with the selection.

This wasn't my first time here and it certainly won't be my last! Lovely staff, great setting and the food is amazing!!! We sampled the halloumi pizza, camembert (bread and cheese theme going on here!) as well as the padron peppers and king prawns. Washed down with a lovely bottle of rose in the sun... Thanks for a lovely evening :-)

Fantastic food in a fantastic venue!

We had a number of tapas dishes (the portions were a good size) and a pizza to share between four. The food was perfectly cooked, especially the calamari where the batter was crisp and light. Service was spot on!

Friendly welcome. Nice atmosphere. The tapas were all delicious and very tasty. There was quite a wait on the pizzas as they were waiting for the dough having used it all the night before but we were made aware of this upon arrival so not a problem. Would definitely go again.
