Cuisine: Lebanese, Middle Eastern, Share Plates
Price Point: Mains from £10-£20

Fusing their passion for Lebanese food and international music, Nova offers an Arabian escape from the bustling centre of Bristol.

With a love for all things multicultural, their menu erupts with Middle Eastern flavour and spice. Tuck into their sharing plates of marinated olives, Lebanese hummus and Syrian spicy peppers, or enjoy a mezze platter with all the trimmings. Get to grips with their scrumptious wraps, with vegetarian fillings like falafel or grilled halloumi, or try the more carnivorous aromatic-spiced beef. From burgers and lamb kofta balls to premium cut steaks, there’s something to suit all dietary requirements at Nova.

But it’d be a sin to visit without trying one of their European-inspired cocktails! Grab one of their signature drinks (the Mojito is a sure-hit), and stick around for an evening of international entertainment, with regular Arabic, Latin and African music nights. If you’re lucky, you’ll catch one of the belly dancers making a guest appearance after your meal!

It was a shame for us they had been really busy the night before, we therefore had a very limited choice available to us. what we had was very tasty

The food, the food was delicious! Cannot fault it. Beef shwarma and chicken taouk were coal grilled and delicious. The four spiced chips and dip, scrummy! And large portions. We were totally stuffed.

Been wanting to try this place for a while as every time we passed it, it looked popular and lively. Also what the reviews online seem to say. Think things get going a bit later than 5pm though as we went in and we were the only ones sat inside and there wasn't even any background music.

We'd probably go back for the food but a little later in an evening to catch some of the atmosphere that people talk about.

Really great food, ordered 7 small plates between the two of us and couldn’t manage it all! The chicken and red pepper sauce was my favourite dish. We had a lovely evening, thanks!
