Tucked just off Gloucester Road, Two Crows is a smart Bristol Med-style restaurant with a distinctly welcoming spirit.

Owner Kaz sets the tone with an easy charm, guiding guests to a cosy dining room or a spacious al fresco terrace that is made for people-watching and unhurried evenings.

In the kitchen, tapas-style Persian influences take centre stage, inviting leisurely grazing and shared discovery. Think chicken wings rubbed sweet and smoky, then glossed in buffalo or barbecue, and calamari with a lick of garlic mayonnaise.

Heartier plates show off comforting classics and fragrant fare side by side: an 8oz sirloin steak arrives with seasoned vegetables, chips and peppercorn sauce, while the baghali polo lamb shank pairs tender meat with dill-scented rice and broad beans, a softly aromatic nod to tradition.

Two Crows is primed for everything from casual catch-ups to slow Sunday sessions. Book a table, gather your flock, and let the evening take flight.
