Set within Brighton and Hove’s premier independent arts and music venue, The Brunswick Kitchen brings a warm, community-minded energy to Hove.

The menu leans into crowd-pleasing comfort with thoughtful twists, starting with a line-up of small plates made for sharing. Chilli paneer brings a hit of spice and crunch, pigs in a blanket are paired with spiced apple chutney, while chicken tikka-loaded naan bread comes topped with pickled shallot salad and cooling raita.

Mains continue the theme of generous, flavour-forward cooking. The popular Brunswick bhuna is served with rice, naan bread, onion, coriander and chilli salad, with a choice of prawn, chicken or paneer. For something more handheld, there is a breaded beetroot burger or the Brunswick cheeseburger, best enjoyed with a side of fries, coleslaw or pickled chilli.
