Madras Eatery brings the soul of South India to Bearwood, marrying time‑honoured recipes with a polished, modern touch.

The fragrance of freshly ground spices leads the way, followed by plates that balance heat, tang and texture with poise. With an emphasis on high‑quality, locally sourced ingredients, the kitchen crafts food that is as considered in presentation as it is generous in flavour.

Set in the heart of Bearwood, the mood is warm and welcoming, with hospitality that feels personal and sincere. Whether dining in, ordering takeaway, or arranging custom catering for a special event, Madras Eatery keeps authenticity and excellence front and centre.

The menu roams widely across the subcontinent’s pantry. Small plates set the tone, from chilli paneer and Amritsari‑style prawns to minced lamb sheek kebab and Welsh lamb chops, before giving way to bold signatures such as Chettinad chicken.

Vegetarians are well looked after with kadai paneer and gobi capsicum masala, while the fragrance of keema pulao and the comfort of lamb biryani beckon. To finish, classic gulab jamun rubs shoulders with a creamy white chocolate cheesecake, and a tidy line‑up of wines and familiar spirits keeps good company throughout.

Book a table, follow the spice trail, and let dinner be your passport, curry favour with flavour. For guests who may require assistance, disabled/lift access is available.
