dinner

Experience tapas like never before at Rico. This traditional dining method in Spain is modernised to treat contemporary diners to a Pinterest-style dining experience that hits all the right notes.

The place itself feels organic, if you can even say that. Caramel-coloured woods dark leather and heavy, industrial lamps afford Rico a multitude of different personalities. Artwork is specifically chosen to acknowledge Spain's interesting heritage whilst splashes of yellow, rustic tableware and an intimate setup make for an exceedingly positive, familiar space where everyone feels right at home.

Rico offers a wide range of tapas from meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan, and they even have a section dedicated to croquetas. Meat lovers will enjoy homemade meatballs in house-made chorizo sauce, rump steak with chimichurri sauce, and slow-cooked pork cheeks in a red wine reduction.

For seafood, have your pick of the daily catch with fresh mussels, crispy panko hake, and garlic king prawns. Alternatively, avoid meat and fish altogether with spinach empanadas, patatas bravas, and grilled aubergines. As for those crispy, oozing croquetas, who can say no to molten goat's cheese or chorizo bechamel sauce inside a crispy envelope? We certainly can't!
