In Ormeau, Belfast, Shed Bistro is the neighbourhood grill where modern Irish cooking meets genuine hospitality. Warm, community‑minded and quietly confident, it champions proper food done well, whether for swift business lunches or unhurried evenings.

At the helm is executive chef Jonny, whose kitchen keeps the focus on clarity of flavour and well‑judged technique. Out front, Christina steers guest experience and wine with personal attention, the owner‑operated team continually refining what they do, service included.

Evening starts with nibbles of homemade focaccia served with an olive tapenade or skewers of tandoori prawns accompanied with roti flatbread and mango salsa, yours to drizzle over.

Mains are hearty yet polished: a 300g ribeye steak arrives with peppercorn sauce and a bed of garden greens, while lamb tenderloins soak up a garlic and red wine jus.

Perfect, too, for pre‑theatre dining and those languid Sunday roasts, this is a bistro designed for good times that linger. Book in, settle back, and let Shed Bistro put a glow in the evening and a smile on the fork.
