Among our most loved dishes is the slow-cooked beef shin ragù, rich, comforting, and deeply flavourful after hours of careful preparation. For the perfect pairing, we recommend enjoying it with a full-bodied Merlot, whose depth and soft tannins complement the richness of the sauce beautifully. The truffle agnolotti is another favourite — delicate handmade parcels filled with indulgent flavour and finished with earthy truffle.
