In Crosspool, Sheffield, Papa Ciccio's has been a steadfast celebration of southern Italian cooking since 1988. The welcome's warm, the mood's easy-going, and the promise simple - authentic flavours served with generosity and good cheer.

The dining room's convivial and unpretentious - a place made for lingering between courses, sharing stories, and savouring the sort of cooking that turns newcomers into regulars.

Handmade pasta and wood-fired pizza anchor the menu, joined by Tagliatelle con carciofi, and pizza Napoletana. Classic starters such as Parma ham and melon or an antipasto misto set the tone, before indulgent plates like bistecca al pepe or filetto Dijon arrive, lifted by brandy, green peppercorns, and mustard. Chicken takes a starring turn in pollo agli zucchini or pollo al Taleggio, while seafood lovers gravitate to gamberoni alla Provenzale.

Gather your favourite people, book a table, and let Papa Ciccio's bring a little southern sunshine to Crosspool. Buon appetito, Sheffield-style!
