Watt Bar & Kitchen

Watt Bar & Kitchen is an all-day café and bar in the heart of Sheffield city centre, set inside a former electrical substation and inspired by the building’s industrial past.

By day, it’s a relaxed spot for breakfast, lunch and hot drinks - as the lights go down, Watt turns into a lively evening venue for great food, refreshments and good times.

Food comes courtesy of Goobers Fine Dirty Dining, bringing their own take on American-inspired comfort food. Mornings feature stacked breakfast muffins, pancakes, cinnamon waffles, and steak and eggs.

From noon onwards, the main menu caters to both quick lunches and hearty evening feasts - ranging from fresh Caesar salad bowls and lemon pepper catfish subs to double-patty burgers like the gravy-dipped Big Dipper, Goobers poutine dirty fries, wings, tenders, and warm pecan pie. Expect big flavours, generous portions, and food that definitely isn’t afraid to get a little messy!

Behind the bar, you’ll find plenty to keep things interesting too, from freshly brewed coffee and teas during the day to artisan sodas, mocktails and refreshing zero-proof beverages later on.
