In the heart of Newcastle, Salparo brings the vibrant flavours of Greece to life with style, warmth, and authenticity. It's more than just a restaurant; it's a place where sharing food means sharing moments.

The menu celebrates traditional Greek cooking with a modern touch. Guests can start with halloumi nuggets, zucchini balls, or gigades plake, which are oven-baked giant beans with tomato and feta crumble.

For mains, enjoy hearty favourites such as tender lamb chops, juicy chicken souvlaki skewers, or slow-cooked beef stifado. For seafood options, the prawn saganaki and grilled king prawn skewers are a must-try. To finish, desserts like baklava with ice cream or the refreshing portokalopita add a sweet finale.

With a welcoming atmosphere, generous portions, and a menu built around flavour, Salparo delivers an unforgettable dining experience that transports guests straight to Greece.
